What to Include in Your Request
Connection and Client Issues
Include your platform, the message shown by the client, the route you selected, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether all access is affected or just a particular website or app. If switching routes changes the result, mention that too.
Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. You can attach a screenshot of the error, but hide sensitive account details first. If the only message is “Unable to connect,” describe what you did before and after trying to connect; that is more helpful than a screenshot alone.
Orders, Data Usage, and Refunds
Include the relevant order number from your panel, the plan selected, and the order status. For payment issues, say whether you used Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, and whether the payment page matches what you see in the panel. For data usage questions, specify whether you’re checking a monthly subscription or a data package.
VPNVJ offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, include your refund request and the relevant order in your ticket. See the Terms of Service for details. Check the pricing page for plan prices, data allowances, and billing rules.
Do not include your account password, full subscription link, or access credentials in a ticket. Before sharing a screenshot, hide your subscription URL and any tokens it contains.
